Pamela Salza and Rikki Didier have been working together in kitchens around the San Francisco Bay Area, Marin and Sonoma wine country for decades. From high profile locations such as Skywalker Ranch to the humble local Moose Lodge, their unique and classic touch in the kitchen has tantalized the taste buds of many.
